Solunar timing, graded honestly
Major and minor periods from real moon transit, rise, and set times. We compute them because anglers expect them — and we label the evidence for them "Not supported by testing", the same grade the score breakdown carries. Peer-reviewed testing of North American freshwater fisheries found no significant link between solunar tables and catch rates, so this input is shown on its own line and you can discount it.
Per-species behavior models
Walleye and bass don't feed on the same cues. Each species is scored on its own optimal temperature range, light preference, and response to wind and pressure.
