Why light level usually matters more

For context on scale: walleye feed roughly 40% more actively at dawn and dusk than the daily average -- a swing larger than the entire solunar sub-score's range from floor to ceiling. That's why the planning order in the how-to above puts light level first: a major period that happens to land at dawn is a genuinely strong window, but a major period at 2pm on a bright, still day is competing against a much bigger factor working against it.
